PUBLIC EXHIBITION NOW CLOSED

Thank you to the Peak Hill community for Having Your Say on the Peak Hill Community Garden project during the latest public exhibition period.

SURVEY NOW CLOSED.

Thank you to the Peak Hill community for Having Your Say on the Peak Hill Community Garden project.

The project has been identified as a priority of the Peak Hill community and Council were successful in obtaining a $100,000 grant through the NSW Government's Stronger Country Communities Fund to deliver the project.

Council undertook consultation with the broader community to inform the design, function and location of the community garden including an exhibition and drop in session at the Peak Hill Commercial Gardens on Friday 30th October 11am-1pm and an online survey which closed on Friday 6 November.

The feedback from the community was considered by Council at their meeting in November, and the project team is now preparing initial scoping and cost estimates for the shortlisted locations and preferred designs. The draft designs and site selection will be presented back to the community in early 2021.
